The new version of the great Vintage Germanium Fuzz
Product Information
The BORKE Fuzz is back! Better than before! The Borke Germanium Fuzz Pedal for guitar, brings you the classic fuzz sound of the old days back to your pedalboard. The integrated BIAS control adds another feature to this fuzz monster and transforms the BORKE into a very flexible fuzz pedal with a very wide spectrum..
The internal components:
The heart of this circuit are the three vintage germanium transistors. I match these individually and select them according to the optimal parameters. I use NOS (new old stock) Soviet-made MP38A transistors for the BORKE Fuzz. Finding these old components is not always easy, but they contribute significantly to the unique sound of the BORKE Fuzz. The circuit board is assembled by hand with high-quality THT components and lovingly wired
Controls:
The settings of the BORKE Fuzz are classic. A volume control, a control for the intensity of the fuzz and the bias control. The bias control directly changes the bias of the transistors and significantly changes the sound of the fuzz. This changes the sound from creamy to gritty and everything in between. This way you can find the right settings for every situation to adjust your sound.
Power supply:
Another advantage of the BORKE Fuzz is that you can use it with your standard power supply together with the other pedals. You don't have to use an adapter to reverse the polarity like with other tonebender pedals
CLEAN UP to kneel down:
Turn down the volume control on your guitar slightly and the BORKE will give you a super cool, crunchy overdrive sound
The BORKE Fuzz is
a must have for vintage lovers

The tones stand tall on their own without any epithets. Objectivity is what you want to see here. It is relatively affordable for a quality handmade full THD fuzz. It does Tone Bender and gated fuzz. It doesn't emulate other fuzzes, and it's cleanup is very specific. Don't expect headroom here. It has a unique tone that will work with any amp and instrument simply because it doesn't have extreme cuts or boosts in frequencies. And it goes from simple fuzz to high gain boost setups. If you want a straight-forward full THD Tone Bender with BIAS for palm-muted stacattos, full stops and sputter, it has these. The build shows dedication and passion: every component was positioned inside for maximum low noise performance, as well as complete serviceability. This is the meaning of quality. It is a piece of equipment that will serve you today, tomorrow, and 100 years from now. And it receives our fluffy seal of approval.
