Here's another variation of my mini cajon and shaker. It's essentially the same as the other model, just without the metal spring effect. I also omitted the volume control from model 2. The volume can be adjusted on the amplifier or PA. The body is toasted and oiled. The red button is a kill switch. This switch can be used for interruption sound effects or to mute the cajon. Inside is an encapsulated shaker element. The internal piezo pickup requires no batteries and works without a power source. One side of the cajon is particularly sensitive. This side functions as the bass drum. Any other side can be used as a snare drum. This effect can be enhanced even further by using your fingernails. The mini cajon is a super cute little percussion instrument that can be used to create cool effects.
