Here comes another recycling amp. I've had this old vintage radio in my treasure trove for a long time, and now I've built an amp out of it. FIRST OF ALL! I'll say: The amp is not a volume monster! The internal speaker doesn't really produce much power, so it makes more sense to connect an external speaker. The amp can be operated with an onboard battery or a power supply (9v/50mA/center negative). The volume control is on the front, and the instrument input is on the top left - which also functions as an on/off switch. On the back is the speaker output and the toggle switch to switch between internal and external speakers. That's it! Also a cool eye-catcher for the cupboard wall.
