This small instrument in pedal format has an integrated pickup that transports the sound of the eight keys to your amp. The best thing is that you can fully integrate the BYPASS KALIMBA into your pedalboard setup. Plug your guitar into the instrument input of the Kalimba and connect the output to your other guitar or bass pedals or directly to the amp. Now you can use the Kalimba's footswitch to select whether you want to activate the connected external instrument or the Kalimba. The BYPASS Kalimba sounds really enchantingly beautiful with many guitar or bass pedals. Reverb, delay, fuzz and octaver are particularly cute - or all of them together. Power supply:
The power connection is only required for the status LEDs, the Kalimba also works passively - without a power supply unit
Pickup with volume control:
adjust the volume of the kalimba perfectly with the volume control.
Tuning:
The eight keys are tuned to: CAFDCEGB. Of course, you can also try out alternative tunings. You don't need to loosen the bridge screws to do this.
